General Pestilicus is a mentioned character of Lucky Fred. He is from planet Yick and was mentioned by the Super Commander of wanting to capture Princess Iria of planet Porcelania, so that he could add her planet to his empire. His plan was to sent his spy to track her down and have his soldier capture her, but it backfired, he was captured instead of the princess and turned over to the Protectors by one of his own soldiers.
