Peace Ambassador Mongby is a background character of Lucky Fred. He is only mentioned and revealed by the Super Commander as a victim of the Cuddle Muffins, being all tied up with his own arms and legs.

Has black hair at the tip of the head and three eyes of different colors (Spring Green, Green Yellow and Biloba Flower). The ambassador wears a Screamin' Green-Watercourse robe and a pair of roller skates.
